The 8th Annual Celebration of Mac Miller

On Saturday, September 5th, Mac Miller fans united to connect, make new friends, listen to Mac's music, and, most importantly, celebrate his life and legacy.

The 8th Annual Celebration of Mac was hosted by the Mac Miller Memoir.

"These gatherings are more than just events; they are heartfelt tributes that bring in fans from all over the world. We celebrate Malcolm's incredible life and legacy with an immersive experience including music, art, and a sense of unity that is simply unmatched. Seeing fans from around the world come together is a beautiful and inspiring experience, and we're both grateful and honored to have the privilege of creating them," the Mac Miller Memoir shares on their website.

The day was filled with people at the park doing all kinds of activities, all with Mac's music as the backdrop: skateboarding, basketball, kids on the playground, and everyone taking their turn down the infamous blue slide.

We talked to tons of people and were amazed at how far some had traveled for this special day, with fans coming from as far as Canada and Mexico. Of course, there were plenty of Pittsburgh natives representing too.
